1. Service Description

RateOfReviews is a reputation management tool that allows users to monitor Google reviews, track rating milestones, and generate AI-assisted responses.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing: The service is billed at $29/month or $290/year.

Free Trial: We offer a 30-day all-access free trial with no credit card required upfront.

Trial Expiration: After 30 days, if a subscription is not active, your dashboard data will be blurred and inaccessible until payment is processed.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Ownership: You must be an authorized owner or manager of the Google Business Profile you connect to RateOfReviews.

AI Responses: RateOfReviews provides AI-generated drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is posted publicly to Google.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to use RateOfReviews for review gating or any activity that violates Google's Prohibited and Restricted Content policies.

4. Google Terms of Service

By using this app, you also agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service. RateOfReviews is not affiliated with Google.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

RateOfReviews is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any changes in your Google search ranking or any actions taken by Google regarding your business profile.
